6. Donations and Payments

6.1 Donations

All donations are voluntary.
Donations are not refundable, except as required by the policies of the specific payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have a minimum balance of $3*.

• The minimum withdrawal for PayPal, Binance, Wise, and Crypto is $3 USD.

• The minimum withdrawal for Payoneer is $50 USD.

Transaction fees may apply depending on the payment provider.

PayMeCoffee is not responsible for processing times or policies of third-party payment services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on PayMeCoffee — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.

For any billing-related issues (platform fees, account charges, errors), you must contact PayMeCoffee within 5 days of the charge.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the rules of each specific service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
